At Mud Sweat and Gears, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, certain items like climbing ropes and protective helmets are subject to specific inspection criteria.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
